Total project management, from preconstruction through closeout.

Zenith Construction has worked as a general contractor for more than 15 years. Every project starts with a clear scope of work, then runs on complete planning, scheduling, cost control, and closely monitored construction. Whatever the project type or budget, every detail gets the attention it deserves.

Our own crews carry most of the work, from demolition and excavation to concrete, framing, carpentry, and roofing, which keeps the schedule in our hands. Specialty trades come from a bench of qualified subcontractors held to the same dates.

Roofing

A roof is all that separates a building from the elements. Left alone, a small problem can turn a low-cost repair into a much larger expense. We install, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems.

Low-slope systems
Built-up roofing (BUR), modified bitumen, elastomeric, and membrane roofing.
Steep-slope and metal
Sheet metal roofing, roof tile, and shingles.
Maintenance and repair
Repairs, flashing and sheet metal, and maintenance programs for HOAs and property managers.

Finished metal building with a large roll-up door

Commercial

A pre-engineered metal building taken from a graded pad to a weathertight shell. Rigid steel frames went up on anchor bolts set in the foundation, followed by purlins, girts, insulated wall and roof panels, and roll-up doors sized for equipment access.
